Q) What is the purpose of RC Development?
A) To provide affordable web development service top RC Developers to the proper clients.
Q) How does the hosting work with RC Development?
A) RC Development has a hosting account under Go Daddy. When you sign up you will be under a share hosting account.
Q) How much space can I upload on my website?
A) As much as you can. The space provided is unlimited.
Q) What kind of payment method does RC Development have?
A) Our payment method is cash only.
Q) Do RC accept All Visa, Master, Discovered, Gift Card, Personal checks?
A) No we do not at the moment. We only accept cash only.
Q) If I am not happy with the service how long do I have until I can get my money back.
A) If you are not happy with the service with in the first year you are allowed to get a full refund and you will keep your domain name free as a gift for just signing up with us.
Q) Do RC allow custom plans?
A) No we only provide only two plans and that is the economy plan and the deluxe plan
Q) Can I pay more than just one year at a time?
A) Yes. You can pay up to five years at a time.
Q) Do we receive a discount if we refer people to RC Development?
A) Yes you do. If your referrals sign up with RC Development you will receive a discount on your next payment.
Q) I have everything I want to start with RC Development. What is the first step I take?
A) Go to service request page and fill out the information.
Q) Can I change my plan if I don’t like my plan?
A) Yes you can with in the first year of signing up with RC Development. If you have Deluxe plan and you want to change it to the Economy plan then we will refund you the difference in the plan.
Q) Do you provide maintenance agents that help us control and fix up our website whenever we may need them?
A) No we do not provide maintenance service.
Q) How can I see how many hits and visitors I receive for my site?
A) In the deluxe plan will show you with user interface.
Q) Do I pay RC Development when it comes to payment?
A) You do not pay RC Development. You’re paying the developers that design your site.
Q) How many users can I have for my website?
A) As many as you like.
Q) If I already have a plan with RC Development. Can I add more domains and website to my current plan?
A) No you will have to create a new plan for the website or domain name you would like to add
Q) Do I pay RC Development or the person making my website?
A) You pay the designer.
Q) Why do you give out signing up discount?
A) We value all of our customers and to show how much we value our customers. We will hand out discount just for signing up.
Q) How many users can I have for my website?
A) You can have as many as you would like
Q) If I already have a website, and I want RC Development to provide service. How do I go by doing that?
A) You will have to fill out the service request form and when speaking to a representative, you informed them about the situation. They will gladly help you with transferring from your old hosting to a new hosting.
